An exemplary level of safety even with electric drive.
In the EQV you can feel as safe as in any other Mercedes-Benz, because the electrically powered vehicles are put through the same demanding vehicle trials and testings as all our vehicles. The safety equipment, such as assistance systems, airbags and driving dynamics management systems, are of the same exemplary Mercedes-Benz standard.
Systems and features included in Mercedes-Benz vehicles are driver assistance aids only and the driver at all times remains solely responsible for maintaining proper control of the vehicle, ensuring safety and monitoring the driving environment and complying with all applicable road rules.
Better all-round visibility.
360° camera with dynamic guidelines
The 360° camera significantly improves the overview during parking and manoeuvring. It transmits the images of the vehicle's direct surroundings using 4 short-range cameras to the media display.
Valuable assistance for staying in lane.
Lane Keeping Assistance
The Lane Keeping function can help prevent accidents caused by unintentionally leaving the lane of travel. A multifunction camera can recognise lane markings and monitor whether the vehicle is moving in its own lane. If the system detects that the vehicle has drifted out of its lane unintentionally – for example due to a lapse in attention – it warns the driver by means of a pulsating vibration of the steering wheel. This prompts the driver to return to the correct lane.
Greater safety when changing lane.
Blind Spot Assist
Blind Spot Assist can help the driver when changing lanes on multi-lane roads. It helps the driver to be aware of the vehicles in the blind spot with enough time to react by giving visual and acoustic warning signals. If the system registers a vehicle in this area, a red warning triangle is displayed in the corresponding outside mirror. If the indicator is activated despite this visual warning the triangle starts to flash quickly and an acoustic warning signal is also sounded.
Maintaining a safe distance.
Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC
The radar-based Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC automatically maintains the distance from vehicles driving in front, taking the strain off you on motorways or in stop-and-go traffic.

Active Brake Assist
Active Brake Assist may help prevent accidents with vehicles driving in front and with pedestrians and cyclists, or minimise their consequences.
ATTENTION ASSIST can warn the driver of drowsiness.
ASSIST
The ATTENTION ASSIST system can help you avoid momentary nodding off, in particular on long or night journeys, thereby contributing to increased driving safety. The system visually and audibly warns drivers if it identifies typical signs of fatigue or unsafe driving behaviour, and suggests taking a break. To analyse the driving style, steering movements are assessed and used to create an individual driver profile.
Easy parking Active Parking Assist
Active Parking Assist can help you with the search for a parking space, as well as with parking in the space and leaving it. If you drive past a parking space, the system will assist you in determining its suitability. After activating Active Parking Assist, you select whether you wish to park in the space perpendicular or parallel to the road before the vehicle takes over the steering.

Comfort zone Makes driving a pleasure.
You and your passengers sit on ergonomic seats in the EQV. Then, with "Hey Mercedes", you can start voice control for your MBUX system and effortlessly operate many vehicle functions.
Seat Comfort Package
With the Seat Comfort Package, you can enjoy even more comfort, particularly on long journeys. Both the driver’s and the front passenger’s seat feature seat cushion length adjustment as well as 4-way lumbar support. The seats also provide a high level of ergonomic support.
Panoramic sliding sunroof
The optional high-grade panoramic sliding roof lets plenty of light into the interior through its large glass surface, lending your vehicle a bright, friendly feel-good atmosphere. The sliding sunroof can be electrically opened at the front to let air into the vehicle.
Burmester® surround sound system
The Burmester surround sound system brings exciting sound into the vehicle thanks to an exceptionally well-tuned amplifier and speaker system. Together, the 15 loudspeakers and bass reflex box achieve an output of 640W. Awesome sound is delivered to every seat thanks to the multichannel surround sound technology.
Table Package
The optional Table Package features many functional extras that make spending time in the rear passenger more pleasant. The folding, movable table can be used for eating a snack, working or playing a game. Cup holders in the sidewalls hold drinks securely in place. The additional, practical stowage nets on the backrests of the driver’s and front passenger’s seat and the individual seats in the rear also make the vehicle interior even more functional. Plus, mobile devices can be connected to and charged via the 12V socket.
Black Lugano seat upholstery
The seats in black Lugano leather provide the interior with a classy sporty ambience. Occupants can enjoy a high level of seating comfort and a pleasant feel. Alpaca grey contrast stitching contributes to the stylish look. Lugano leather is a hard-wearing, high-grade leather that is resistant to soiling.
Ambient lighting in the cockpit
The ambient lighting in the cockpit welcomes the driver and front passenger with pleasant, indirect light. Depending on the desired lighting mood, the 3 colour shades "neutral", "solar" and "polar" create a stylish feel-good atmosphere. Additionally, there are 5 levels for adjusting the brightness. The discreet lighting makes it easier to adjust one's vision in the dark from the interior to the street, as the degree of contrast is reduced.
AIRMATIC
Whether on the motorway or on rutted tracks, with AIRMATIC air suspension you can enjoy especially comfortable, safe driving and enhanced off-road capabilities, as well as even greater sportiness at higher speeds. Individually selectable drive programs and improved handling at higher speeds, not to mention the constant vehicle level when loading and unloading, are further advantages of AIRMATIC air suspension.

With impressive range, extensive charging infrastructure and the highest level of safety, the EQV gives us a fascinating new feel for electric driving. The EQV comes with a one year Chargefox subscription and one year complimentary charging at all Chargefox ultra-rapid stations and participating fast charging stations*. Chargefox is Australia’s largest EV charging network, which allows travel between Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with additional stations in Western Australia and Tasmania.

Australia’s charging infrastructure is rapidly gaining coverage and an increasing number of service stations provide charging facilities, alongside many shopping centres and hotels. The EQV 300 takes approx. 45 minutes* to charge at rapid charging stations due to its charging capacity of up to 110 kW[1].

Using the media display in the vehicle, you can have public charging stations near you displayed for convenience.
