Technology shouldn’t stop when you close the van doors. The Sprinter is available with advanced connectivity, including MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) – the integrated multimedia unit.
With smartphone integration and optional wireless charging, the system offers Bluetooth® connectivity for audio streaming and hands-free communication via Android AutoTM or Apple CarPlay®, meaning you’ll never miss a call while you’re driving.1
The multimedia touchscreen (measuring up to 10.25”), multifunction steering wheel and Hey Mercedes voice-activated technology (available with navigation system) gives you centralised control.

The Sprinter delivers on safety
The Sprinter is available with the safety features Mercedes-Benz is renowned for. The reversing camera, which comes standard, combined with an optional 360° camera helps steering through narrow laneways and backing into tight loading bays.
Other standard systems that help avoid dangerous situations include Active Brake Assist^^, Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC^^, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Assist^^ and Crosswind Assist, which helps you drive safely in strong gusts of wind. Driver and passenger airbags, with window airbags are standard, and thorax airbags can be added for extra peace of mind.
Efficiency that’s good for business
For over 20 years, the Sprinter has been the benchmark in quality, reliability and efficiency. Fuel efficiency has been improved, while increasing the payload by around 50kg*. Plus, the engine sets the standard in fuel efficiency, to get you further on a full tank.
Getting in and out of the front-wheel drive is easier, thanks to an 80mm lower load compartment floor. All of this helps to achieve better fuel consumption and efficiency to help you get more done, more efficiently.
Improved loadability and wheel housing protection
Every detail of the Sprinter is designed to help you through the work day. The wool-clad wheel arches in the load compartment are designed to improve loadability and to protect the sheet metal against damage. The wheel arches are extremely sturdy, with their edges protected with aluminium strips and steel caps. Plus, there is enough space between the loadable wheel arches to pass pallets through.
Better lighting inside
Now you can add two bright LED light strips under the roof. Once the sliding door is opened, they automatically light up the load compartment with minimal shadowing.
Save weight to load more
Every kilogram counts. The Sprinter’s weight-optimised plastic floor is up to 18.5kg lighter than the wooden floor. The flat, level and smooth surface makes it easier to load cargo, keep clean and maintain. Depending on the vehicle length, there are between 6 and 12 lashing eyelets available on both side edges. The plastic floor is also water-resistant and inserted in one piece, which helps to protect the metal underneath.
Smart load compartment protection
The sidewalls inside the load compartment are protected with polypropylene panels up to the height of your waistline. This helps protect the sheet metal skin while you load and unload and gives the load compartment a neat, uniform appearance.
Washable and hygienic
Sturdy 4.4mm thick cladding protects your cargo and your Sprinter all the way to the roof. This helps to guard the sheet metal skin while you load and unload and gives the load compartment a neat, uniform appearance. The panelling is great for food, florist or gardening transport vehicles as they are washable, resistant to moisture, abrasion-resistant and recyclable.
Protective panelling all-round
Protect your Sprinter interior with 5mm thick plywood panels. They are easy to clean, will give your load compartment a uniform appearance, and will shield the sheet metal skin during loading and unloading. It’s fitted on the side walls and sliding door as well as on the rear doors from the vehicle floor to the roof, depending on the roof height and whether there are windows.
Superior comfort for all-day drivers
The Sprinter’s ergonomic driver’s seat makes even the longest journeys comfortable. The seat position, angle of the backrest as well as the height, as well as the seat cushion are manually adjustable. The height of the head restraint can be individually adjusted. You can also equip it with four-way lumbar support to drive all day in superior comfort.

The best technology is effortless. Simply put your phone in the storage compartment in the centre console and it will charge wirelessly and automatically connect to the multimedia and Bluetooth® hands-free systems. 1
Climate controlled
Feel comfortable all day with THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control. It works in direct sunlight or very high or very low temperatures. Touch screen control means you can regulate the temperature, ventilation intensity and air distribution, keeping conditions to just how you want them. There is also dehumidification to stop your windows misting up and a filter to block out pollen and dust.
Effortless comes standard
With KEYLESS START, you don’t need to shuffle around your pockets for your keys. To start your car, all you need is to have your electronic key inside the vehicle with you. Now standard, the KEYLESS START system allows the engine to be started simply by pressing the start/stop button and touching the clutch or brake pedal.
Keep your hands on the wheel
The Sprinter steering wheel has been redesigned for intuition and convenience. Using the intuitively placed Touch Control buttons, you can take control of the MBUX multimedia system and many vehicle functions without taking your eyes off the road or your hands off the wheel.1
Helps with changing lanes
Blind Spot Assist^^ with Rear Cross Traffic Alert can use visual and acoustic warning signals to help avoid accidents when changing lane and reversing out of a parking space. If Blind Spot Assist^^ detects a vehicle in the blind spot, it displays a warning with a red triangle in the corresponding exterior mirror. If the indicator is activated despite this visual warning, the triangle starts to flash quickly and an acoustic warning signal is also sounded. Furthermore, Rear Cross Traffic Alert^^ can help to avoid accidents when reversing out of a parking space by warning the driver of crossing traffic.
Helps to stay in the lane during strong crosswinds
Strong crosswinds can make driving dangerous. Crosswind Assist detects when a crosswind has affected your driving line, and corrects the course of your vehicle1, reducing the chance of you moving into another lane or off the road.
Stay in your lane
The Sprinter acts as an extra pair of eyes for the driver, watching the road carefully. Lane Keeping Assist vibrates several times to alert the driver if they’re veering out of a marked lane, preventing accidents.1
Active Brake Assist
Active Brake Assist^^ helps to support you in preventing an accident. If there is risk of a collision, a warning is triggered. Then, if the driver brakes, they are supported if needed, with more braking pressure. If the driver doesn’t respond, automatic emergency braking is activated.1
The smart compartment that charges your phon
