The Vito Tourer steering wheel has been designed for intuition, convenience and comfort. Using the cleverly placed buttons, you can call up information and operate menus in the instrument cluster without taking your eyes off the road or your hands off the wheel. For driving comfort, the angle and height-adjustable steering wheel can be adjusted to suit the needs of each driver with the lever under the steering column.

The dashboard with pixel-matrix display has been designed for maximum readability. The display is operated via the steering wheel buttons – which helps you keep your hands on the wheel and mind on the road. The panel features an easy-to-read speedometer, rev counter, fuel tank level and coolant temperature dials.

With the new Audio 30 multimedia head unit, the Vito Panel Van delivers both on-road efficiency and entertainment. Featuring voice control capability, a 7” touchscreen, Bluetooth hands-free and audio streaming, a multifunction steering wheel and data space for 800 phonebook entries, the team can stay connected and in control in any situation.

Parking made easy
Parking just got easier because Active Parking Assist steers the Vito Tourer automatically into parallel and angled parking spots. Once you start to reverse and confirm the parking prompt, the steering process is carried out automatically. All you need to do is press the accelerator and brake pedal and engage gears.
In conjunction with automatic transmission, Active Parking Assist also takes care of braking. It also helps to exit from parallel parking spots, while the integrated PARKTRONIC system warns the driver of obstacles behind or in front of the vehicle.
Clever headlights
The Vito Tourer's automatic driving lights will adapt to changing lighting conditions. Sensors automatically switch the low beam on and off depending on the light conditions, helpful for driving into tunnels, underpasses or indoor car parks.
Monitors the hard-to-see areas
The standard Blind Spot Assist^^ helps get you where you need to go, safely. When there is an object in your blind spot or something obstructing your view when changing lanes or reversing, warning signals and a red triangle will appear in the wing / side mirror - helping you avoid an accident.
Helps prevent rear-end accidents
The standard Active Brake Assist^^ helps prevent accidents. It monitors the distance from the vehicle in front. If there is risk of a collision, a warning is triggered. Active Brake Assist can actively support evasive and braking manoeuvres.
Clever headlights that adapt to the road ahead
The optional LED Intelligent Light System is a perfect night driving companion. Adaptive headlights swivel vertically and horizontally and adjust brightness for better visibility to help you arrive safely. Highbeam Assist helps prevent dazzling oncoming vehicles, while highway mode helps to light more of the road ahead.

Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC^^
The radar-based system automatically maintains the distance to vehicles in front and can assist the driver during motorway trips or in stop-and-go traffic.
Effortless acceleration
When you accelerate with the 9G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission, the gear changes are so smooth, you barely notice them. Also, DIRECT SELECT makes it possible to change gear manually, using the gearshift paddles on the multifunction steering wheel.
Know what’s happening behind your Vito Tourer
The reversing camera helps to prevent accidents and improves parking by showing what is happening behind the vehicle. An optional zoom function is available to help hitch up to a trailer.
Helps you stay in the lane during strong crosswinds
Strong crosswinds can make driving dangerous. Crosswind Assist detects when a crosswind has affected your driving line, and corrects the course of your vehicle, reducing the chance of the vehicle moving into another lane or off the road.1
Greater protection and peace of mind
A steering wheel airbag and window airbag are installed to help protect the driver and passenger in a collision. Thorax airbags are also standard for added protection.
Stay focused on the road
Getting tired behind the wheel is extremely dangerous. Attention Assist has been designed to identify signs of fatigue or non-optimal driving behaviour. If Attention Assist detects low attention, it displays a coffee cup symbol to suggest a break and provides an audio signal. This feature can be switched off or adjusted for sensitivity.1
